This privacy policy describes how Fairy company ("we", "our" or "us") collects, uses, processes and share the personal data of kids and parents ("you", "your" or "user"), when using our mobile application ("Petit Auteur", "Little Author") and website ("services").

Email address and IDs of parents when using our mobile application.
Name (or nickname) of children provided by the parents when creating child profile inside the mobile application.
With your prior permission, pictures from device camera and photo library.
With your prior permission, audio recordings through device microphone.
Information you provide to us when you contact us for support or other inquiries.

We collect the following types of non-personal information:

your use of our service such as pages visited, time spent on our website and actions taken, which are used solely to enhance and improve our services.

3. Children's Privacy

In compliance with COPPA, we take special care to protect the privacy of children under the age of 13 who use our application. We do not collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 without obtaining verifiable parental consent, as required by law.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at support@petitauteur.fr. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Children can access some parts of our application and use some of its features without providing us with personal information. However, most content and features of the application are available only to adult registered accounts and require us to collect certain information, including children personal information, provided by parents.

We do not collect or store any personal information regarding payments. The payment is provided by a third party such as Apple Store or Google Play.

RevenueCat, an payment provider, to help us to manage your subscriptions and purchases.
Google Cloud Platform, a backend service, to help us operate our application
Google Firebase, a database and authentication service, to help us operation our application

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

We store the information we collect for as long as we believe it is reasonably necessary for us to provide the Services, or for up to 30 days in our archives after you have requested to remove user data.
